I’m passionate about helping businesses and their people reach their full potential. With more than 20 years’ experience as a Chief People Officer across multinational, ASX and Nasdaq-listed organisations, I bring both hands-on operational capability and strategic leadership to building high-performance people functions that enable business growth.


More recently, I’ve partnered with a diverse range of organisations — from innovative start-ups and private equity ventures to established listed companies — including CSR Limited, Access Telehealth,  Civilmart, Apex Tool Group, Carbon Revolution, Eagle Lighting, Fleetmark, Goliath Group, Zenith Interiors, easykind, Arcare, and Sandbox Media.


My work focuses on unlocking growth for both organisations, teams and individuals. I’ve coached CEOs, senior executives and HR leaders through complex challenges, helped executive teams build alignment and performance, and advised boards on governance, remuneration frameworks, and executive incentive plans that drive results while reinforcing culture.


I design and facilitate leadership programs across Australia and internationally.   My customer led innovation process has created practical, high-impact performance and talent systems. From executive recruitment and EVP strategy through to organisational transformation and restructuring, my approach is grounded in trust, collaboration and commercial pragmatism.
